We have a set fee of 1%+VAT on a sole agency agreement. If multi-agency this cost is increased subject to individual circumstances.

We don't offer a Rent Guarantee service as there are many insurances available that are more beneficial and cost effective. We can guide you through this process and explain how we work with them.
This is all dependent on the scale of works, it can take a matter of days to 12 weeks. We generally don't take on refurbishments that take longer than 12 weeks for completion.
